The Kuwait Credit Information Network Company was established in 2001 in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law and its amendments, and Law No. 2 of 2001 in the matter of establishing a system for collecting information and data on consumer loans and credit facilities related to retail sales operations issued on the date of January 14, 2001, and canceled according to the provisions of Law No. 9 for the year 2019 regarding regulating the exchange of credit information issued on the date of February 10, 2019 as a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company. In addition to developing risk standards and related information and data in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 9 of 2019 regarding the regulation of the exchange of credit information and its executive regulations
