- Personal Identifiable Information PII (name, gender, address, email, phone number, Signature, Civil ID, Nationality, Date of Birth, Salary, Occupation, marital status, Education, Employment details).

- Number of dependents: Individuals financially reliant on the customer.

- Number of dependents with income: Individuals financially dependent on the customer without their own earnings

- Financial Information (credit history, credit scores, Liabilities, Financial product).

- Financial Legal Information (litigation case number and legal in and out dates).
- CCTV Footage.

2.2 The types of Commercial Information we collect include:

MOCI ID, Civil ID commercial, CMA Number, Passport number, Foreign Registration number, residence status, legal capacity, Business Activity, gender, DOB/DOR, Legal Entity Type, Sector Code, Enterprise size, Number of employees, Tax Identification Number, Balance Sheet Total, Annual Turnover, contact number, address, related parties

3. Sources of Information We Collect

- Information you provide directly.

- Information from subscribers, including banks, Credit and financial facilities companies, telecommunication companies, and similar entities.

4. Purpose for Collecting Personal Data

This section highlights the various processing activities that we undertake when you provide us with your details.

- Credit Assessment and Lending Decisions.

- Credit Risk Evaluation to analyze credit history, credit scores, and to evaluate the credit associated risk of an individual.

- Identity verification and to help prevent fraudulent activities.

-Credit Scoring to facilitate fair crediting practices by providing objective and standardized information about an individual's credit history. This helps ensure that crediting decisions are not based on discriminatory factors.

5. Lawful Basis of Processing

We process your personal data on the lawful basis of Legitimate Interest, Performance of Contract, Consent, Compliance with a Legal Obligation, Vital Interest, and Performance of a Task Carried Out in the Public Interest, depending on your association with us.
This processing is in accordance with:

- Law No. 9 of 2019 on the organization of credit information exchange and its executive regulation, along with the controls issued by regulatory authorities and subsequent amendments.

- Law No. 32 of 1982 on the Civil Information Authority.

- Law No. 1 / 2016 Promulgating the Companies Law

- Kuwait DPPR.

6. Transfer and Disclosure of Personal Data

We share your personal information with our subscribers to whom you have consented to disclose your data. Before sharing, we review the services provided by these entities and mandate that they maintain the confidentiality and security of your information. They are not allowed to use your personal information for any purpose other than performing the agreed-upon services.

Consumer Credit Report: Our subscribers collect, use, and process personal information in accordance with the above-mentioned laws. This data collection is conducted to determine your creditworthiness, credit standing, and credit capacity. This information is shared with our subscribers to assist them in making decisions.

Commercial Credit Report: Our subscribers collect, use, and process personal information in compliance with the aforementioned laws. This data collection is performed to assess your creditworthiness, credit standing, and credit capacity. This information is shared with our subscribers to assist them in making decisions.

We do not share your details with third parties for direct marketing purposes. We also do not sell your Personal Data.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the business purpose of collection or as required by applicable regulatory requirements/legal proceedings.

We do not intentionally collect personal data about children. We are not able to identify the age of persons who access and use our website or mobile application. We have implemented adequate technical and organizational safeguards to ensure the confidentiality of your data, which includes and not limited to Physical access control systems, A physical security presence, Logical access controls, Perimeter security systems and Information Classification and Handling Measures.
