Ci-Net was established in 2001 under the provisions of the Companies Law and amendments thereto, and Law No. 2 of 2001 and canceled by virtue of the provisions of Law No. 9 of 2019 regarding the regulation of credit information exchange issued on 10 February 2019 as a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company.
